Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes diced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 4 oz feta cheese cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
